This is a free guided bicycle ride that will take place from our home base here at Middlesbrough Environment City. This ride is a ladies only ride to provide a safe space for women who would otherwise be uncomfortable in a male-dominated environment, accompanied by a friendly instructor.

The ride will be between an hour and an hour and a half, and will take in traffic-free cycle paths and quieter roads for an easy to moderate ride, dependant on the ability of the group.
