This is a free guided bicycle ride that will take place from Middlesbrough Tower, on the grounds of Teesside University. This is a more moderate ride, for those with a little more experience in cycling. The ride is led by an experienced leader with the maintenance skills required to keep the ride moving at a steady pace.

The ride is completely free, and is a Moderate ride: Riders can expect some on-road cycling, as well as cycling on quieter residential roads. There may be some non-technical off-road cycling involved as well. The ride will be approximately 12 miles long.
