Ingredients
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
8 sausages
1 onion, Sliced
1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 large carrot, finely chopped
300g new potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tin baked beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 beef stock pot or cube
Crusty bread to serve
Method
1. Put the oil into a pan and brown the sausages.
2. Put the sausages into the slow cooker along with the remainder of the ingredients and carefully mix with a spoon.
3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Serve with crusty bread.
