The U3A Walking Group is a walking group dedicated to walking under five miles. These walks are led by Voluntary Walk Leaders, on well-defined paths and following a set journey which makes it absolutely perfect for those looking to get out and about without subjecting themselves to a longer walk. All walks also take part on well-defined paths.

Meeting at Toft’s House Car Park for registration, a Health Questionnaire will also need to be completed.

After registration at Toft House, there will be a drive (car share) to Saltholme RSPB Nature Reserve for a wonderful opportunity to explore the reserve and see the wildlife including seals, if the tide permits. Refreshments will be had afterwards in the café.

The walk will be about 3-4 miles and will be on flat paths for a somewhat easier walk.
