Pedestrian Training – St. Therese of Lisieux

27 June 2019 @ 09:00 - 17:00

Our Pedestrian Training sessions are aimed at primary schools and academies across the Tees Valley. These sessions are designed to provide schoolchildren with the knowledge they need to cross roads safely and securely. To do so, we shall practice three important skills with small groups of the children:

  • How to choose a safe place to cross
  • How to cross at pedestrian lights and pedestrian islands
  • How to cross at parked cars and junctions

Safety is paramount to our team at Middlesbrough Environment City and high visibility jackets are provided to keep everybody safe and sound as we provide this training.

This event is taking place at St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Primary School in Thornaby.
