These walks are offered by Middlesbrough Environment City and are not part of the Walking for Health scheme. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear to suit the walk description, as some venues are exposed to the weather and some paths may be muddy and/or rough tracks.

This walk meets at Tees Barrage Public Car Park, near the Premier Inn and Talpore Pub. A one and a half hour walk will follow including the Tees Barrage to Stockton.
